Santa Fe PBW recognizes the accomplishments of young, upcoming leaders and provides them with professional development skills and opportunities. By participating in this program, young women professionals will gain skills in the following areas:
· Public Speaking
· Networking
· Effective Communication
· Negotiation
· Advocacy
· Business Etiquette
· Overview of PBW
They will also have the opportunity to meet and learn from local professional women. Participants will be given the opportunity to practice their skills at the annual Young Professional Award Ceremony, Tuesday, February 28th, 2012.
All participants will be recognized and one participant will be selected to serve as the Santa Fe PBW Young Professional and represent the chapter at the PBW State Conference in April.
