This program is provided free of charge to nominated women and/or men (self-nominations are welcome) who meet the following criteria:
· Female or Male resident between the ages of 25 to 35
· Demonstrate excellence, creativity, initiative and integrity in his/her business or profession
· Have been employed in business or their profession with at least one year of full time work experience.
· Be living, working, training, or continuing education in Santa Fe County.
· Support the goals, objectives, and legislative platform of PBWNM.
Participants of this program are invited to attend professional development sessions which will assist them in developing skills in professional communication, public speaking, networking, advocacy, negotiation, and more.
Young Professional Participants will be asked to demonstrate these skills by completing the following:

· Persuasive speech on anyone of the items listed in the PBW legislative platform
· Writing a letter to the editor on any of the issues listed in the PBW legislative platform
· Participating in a networking session and panel interview
· Submitting resume
As a result of participation in this program, participants will have developed and improved necessary skills needed to succeed in business today as well as develop a personal network of successful career women in Santa Fe.
